No unsolicited promotion
Pingxiang Xingzhiyue Trading Co., Ltd., the operator of PlushToys.Fun, strictly prohibits its employees, contractors, affiliates, agencies, and third-party service providers from using unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, automated messaging, or any other unsolicited communication to advertise or promote plushtoys.fun.
No person or organization is authorized to promote this website through spam or through messages sent without the recipient's verifiable prior consent.
Prohibited practices

Requirements for permitted communications

- clearly state the purpose of the communication;
- include valid contact information;
- provide a clear, functional, and easy-to-use unsubscribe method; and
- comply with applicable privacy, electronic communications, advertising, and anti-spam laws.
Unsubscribe requests must be honored promptly. Opted-out addresses must be maintained on a suppression list and must not be added back to a promotional audience unless the recipient later provides new, verifiable consent.
Monitoring and enforcement
We may review campaign records, consent records, delivery logs, complaint information, and service-provider activity to verify compliance with this policy. Suspected violations will be investigated. A violation may result in the immediate suspension or termination of a campaign, account, contract, system access, or service-provider relationship, together with other appropriate corrective action.

If you receive an unsolicited message that advertises or links to PlushToys.Fun, please report it through our contact page. Include the complete message, sender information, message headers where available, and the date and time received so that we can investigate.
